From the origin to the art of the delicate macaron, Chef Khoon of Gobi - an elegant charming cafe located in Joo Chiat - will share all the tips and tricks of the macaron.
At our baking demonatration, you will learn how to create your own macarons. Taught in a professional kitchen, you will learn to handle the technical aspects of understanding how humidity, ingredients & timing will affect the outcome of your creations.
You get to learn about the different varieties of fillings and flavours that can be made, enjoy high tea set and mingle with fellow classmates.
