CliqueWise now lends our social event experience to the corporation arena. As companies shift their Human Resource policies to focus on staff welfare, they are looking into do more social events and activities for their employees as part of their benefits.

Working together with the HR departments, we create targeted activities to cater to their needs and requirements and bring the human aspect back into the workplace.

The activities are done in a casual manner where employees take off their work mask and enjoy vibing in the playful backdrop of fun and games. Familiarity and understanding – where you see colleagues as friends, creates the foundation for a thriving enterprise.

Recognising the intricacies of how men and women think and react differently is the key to better understanding and increased productivity.

“Understanding Men & Women @ Work” is a social development workshop for companies.

Participants will gain an appreciation on how different gender think, work and say through this workshop, hence improving their communication style and workplace relationships.

This 3-hour workshop is filled with interactive activities, particularly suitable for executive and senior managers.
